Please know, I will do my best to get your order out as timely as possible. When using your personal ivories, each listing has a description below the photo as to where and how to send your ivories. TLHW is not responsible for any ivories lost through shipping. If you do not find a design on our website that you are in love with, no worries! Together we can create your dream ivory piece.
